Dan Heath, 238 pages

Provides a general framework for problem-solving, specifically process issues. Emphasizes the need to find leverage points, focus resources on those points and give people autonomy to problem-solve. There’s a summary page (a “poster”) at the end of the book that may be a helpful future reference, yet this simplification of the content is emblematic of the basic advice of the book that’s diligently crafted so as to appear more deep and important than a blog post on the subject matter. An alright book.
