The Wealth Ladder

I kept my expectations in check and this book met them. After reading his first book, Just Keep Buying, and hearing the author on podcasts, the material was presented as expected. Some unique thinking. A handful of really great quotes. An overall reasonable and practical approach to building wealth. Glad I read it. Would have been more helpful if I had read it 30 years ago, but it was also comforting knowing I did some things right (from his perspective) even if done so more by accident than on purpose. One thing that bugged was he employed this technique (I’m assuming to pad his word count, I’ve seen it before) where at the end of each chapter he recapped what he already discussed and then previewed the reader what he was going to talk about in the next chapter. Unnecessary and almost offensive. Quit telling me what you said or what you are going to say, and just say it.
