Life After Life

Raymond A. Moody, Jr. MD , 182 pages

Tore through this in about two days. This was the analysis/summary of the author’s research on near-death experiences. Originally published in 1975, the author was the one that dubbed the term near-death experience. He claims he tried to be as neutral, open-minded and impartial as he could as he compiled his findings after interviewing hundreds of patients. He methodically goes through the various aspects of NDE’s, one-by-one, that repeatedly are shared in the testimonials of his interviewees. He stops short of saying this is proof of God or an afterlife. It was quite interesting and yet mostly expected, based on what I had pre-read about the book. I’d say this is a quick and worthy read that will stay with you, at least for a while.
