Some good nuggets, particularly around survey lingo, but this research book geared towards UX designers was just too basic, and I found it boring. I had a hard time keeping my mind from wandering. The author did sprinkle in some sarcasm, but it didn’t really land for me. And her disdain for surveys was obvious, so much so that a book about research is, in fact, a victim of bias.
