Same as Ever: A Guide to What Never Changes
, pages
Housel is a talented writer and I like his practical voice. Certain sound bites are definitely keepers, but underneath the polished, crafty narrative this felt like a string of random anecdotes buffed out into small chapters with a very forced overriding theme. I do enjoy his overall POV on finances and managing through life’s challenges, so for that it was a worthy, but middle-of-the-road read.
