A business book that I read in only a handful of sittings over two days. Very intriguing and straightforward (no b.s.) approach to running a business. While business “traction” is the carrot dangled, I saw it from the employee perspective –– with “clarity” around the business being the most attractive feature of implementing this approach. We’re supposed to give it a shot in 2021. Looking forward to seeing what results.
