If I was asked to watch the movie and write down what happens then my book would be identical to Alan Dean Foster’s. Although I didn’t expect any, I was hoping for at least a little backstory or further elaboration on the characters that wasn’t present in the movie. There was none. I don’t blame Foster. I’m sure he was well paid to transcribe the movie.
