Fairly interesting negotiating tactics based on the deep experience of the author, a former FBI hostage negotiation expert. Not a lot of fluff, but the essential content could have been presented more efficiently. I suspect it had something to do with the author transparently using a co-writer to develop the book. The value of reading the book will depend if I can deploy some of the approaches he describes – and see some success. Reviewing my notes periodically will be key.
