The central premise of this book and its definition of good strategy (and “the kernel”) makes it a worthy read for strategists. The wraparound material didn’t read as fluff, but this is probably another example of a long blog post disguised as a full-length book. I’m intrigued to read the author’s more recent book on strategy as it is getting some positive reviews.
