Concise and to the point. The unassuming book jacket design and terrible subtitle mask the brilliance within. Hit me at the right time in life. Pressfield speaks to procrastination when pursuing hard things (primarily creative endeavors like writing). He dissects the psychology of avoiding intimidating endeavors and puts his own unique lens to how and why we act as we do. Dips into Zen, philosophy, religion, meaning of life and more without getting too far down any rabbit hole and also avoids feeling trite. Highlighted many bits and pieces. This one will stay with me for awhile.
