A slow read. Could have used editing as it felt redundant in many places. Overall, I appreciated the rigor of what the author accomplished. Multiple concepts in the book will stick with me. Felt dated — because it is — used references to businesses like the now defunct Circuit City and other non-relevant companies that were heralded in the book. Is heralded a word?
